Learn the tricks of the trade from local British Masterchef and author Mark Baumann in a fun but informative cookery class in our state of the art showroom in Earls Colne.

A maximum group size of six people will ensure you get the most out of each course - with bags of personal instruction and guidance. The easy going, interactive nature of these sessions, with ample time for discussion, gives the students confidence to put their newly learned skills into practice with confidence at home.

The classes run from 9.30am to 2.30pm and are priced between £95 and £150, depending on their degree of complexity and ingredients used. All students receive a glass of bubbly as well as an exclusive Baumanns Cooking Academy apron as a memento of their day.
